  The police department failed to adequately inform me of proper regulations so they accuse me of fees I need to pay that were wrong.
  I literally have no trust or faith in cops anymore. To do what is right or to trust them with my life.

  I scheduled an appointment 2 months ago, appointment was 11/29/2017, I get a call in the morning some lady saying that Officer Ochoa called out because he was sick and that my appointment was cancelled, she also said I would be getting a call first thing in the morning the next day from officer Ochoa to schedule a new appointment hopefully for today 11/30/2017, still have not received a call from anyone, these people are very unprofessional, basically make it impossible to get a vehicle inspected, I do not have any faith in these people...

  poor strategy for manuevering traffic after SB I-5 Christmas Day crash in Oceanside at 5:15pm near Harbor. I was 2 miles away going SB when it happened. I had entered the backup at 6:15pm. I was bumper to bumper until 8:45pm traveling 2 miles in 2.5 hours. (missing evening Xmas engagement). Yes. Fatalities are bad. Cleaning up and securing the area area vital. HOWEVER, there was only ONE LANE open when I finally reached the scene of the accident after 2.5 hours. HORRIBLE TRAFFIC CONTROL BY OCEANSIDE HWY PATROL. BACKUP WAS OVER 2O MILES TO CHRISTIANITOS IN SAN CLEMENTE. VERY POOR PERFORMANCE IN THIS AREA. THERE was NO NEED to bring in the YELLOW ARROW LAMP SIGNS which obviously took time to install and feed with a generator. TOTAL WASTE. PEOPLE coming in from San Clemente were probably delayed by 4+ hours.
