  Horrible Experience ! Poor customer service - Never shop here. We switched from Verizon to Sprint and went back to Verizon within the grace period of two weeks. This is due to poor reception we were getting at our house where we were not even able to make or receive phone calls. they took my phone in July and I was told by Steve M. that they were gonna get my phone back from the warehouse that they shipped within the 6-8 weeks. So to this date they have not received it. When i called the store today talked to Sandra and she said that there is no way they can get the phone back. I have been calling about my phone since August and now I am being told that I can actually never get my phone back. even better if I need to i need to now track down my phone by calling the warehouse. Very poor customer service, Manager Chris, never at the store or available to talk to. Save time and do not go to this store!

  Do yourself a favor and NEVER shop at this location. I was lied to and now I stuck with a contract and paying for a phone that I won't use. I was told numerous times during the sign up that I had 30 days to try the service. Now I'm being told it's only 14 days.
  
  And just so you know, they lie on the commercials too. Multiple times I had to use the LTE on my Verizon just to be able to make a call.
  
  You might have to pay a little more for AT&T and Verizon but at least you don't have to put up with this.
