  The other day when moving Christmas decorations from my storage unit we experienced a delay (3 hours) in our moving truck.
  During that period, I spent some time with Stephanie and Doug. They were friendly, polite, courteous, and very professional. At one point, Stephanie offered me a water which was greatly appreciated.
  Stephanie and Doug are surely assets to the SD Storage effort.
