  I went and dropped off my daughter's dress. I was told it would be done by 6:00pm. I show up at 5:40pm, and the doors are locked, lights off, and no-one is there. So, this place has effectively screwed my daughter's day up for tomorow. I dropped the dress off before 1100am. If it wasn't going to be ready, tell the truth. Don't lie to get a sale. Now, I will find another cleaner, even if it's farther away, and more expensive. I will no longer be doing the cleaning there anymore.
