  After switching my business account to Sprint my final payment to T-Mobile was sent to collections within 60 Days WITHOUT me being able to login online to pay my bill as usual (they deleted my account) or receiving a late notice in the mail or via email. I’m very disappointed that after visiting the store they were unable to help me.
