  I am part owner and Manager at a local cabinet shop ....we used to purchase from Frazee and had to stop because of poor service and their mistakes in billing !! I met Richard Chaudavis one day when He stopped by introducing Himself and promising a good product at a fair and competitive price and excellent service !! I was hesitant but He followed up with all He promised and then some ....proving that Vista Paints was a step above the others. Imagine my suprize when I called Him one day and got a different voice ..a Guy told Me his name , but I cant remember ...He apparently is our new sale rep. , but I dont know and havent heard from Him since ?? Its now taking 3 to 4 days for them to fill an order??? small shops cant wait that long !! Oh well I guess good customer service is not as important to Vista Paints as it is to Me .....I am very disappointed and searching for a new finish supplier ...any suggestions from readers would be muchly appreciated .....Guys like Richard are hard to come by and I cant believe Vista did Him like they did ?????
