  Although I wasn't expecting it, I had a fantastic experience at BMW of Vista. I went in to test drive a 540i to compare it to a Q70. Paul greeted me and quickly found a 540i on the lot. After a decent test drive, I didn't even want to check out the Q70. I said I was planning on selling my truck first but would be willing to entertain a trade-in offer. They quickly generated an offer that I thought was acceptable. Although I didn't mention it (didn't need to), we were on a short timetable and only had roughly 3 hours to spare at the dealer. Paul was very cognizant of our time and did not delay at all for things that were in his control. They brought me a fair offer on the 540i, to which I countered. The counter was accepted with a request to get a certificate from my bank's auto buying program. BMW of Vista showed their willingness to come to a price that worked for both of us. No pressure felt and no waiting games. We were in the dealership for about 3 1/2 hours total and drove out with our new 540i. I returned the next day (I ran out of time the day of the purchase) to be taught how to operate all the functions and controls. Paul happily had one of their 'smart guys' come out and teach us.
