  The manager there stole $ out of my account, along with several other people back in 2003. To give me my $ back, they strong armed me to sign a paper saying that I wouldn’t sue! What happened to the bank manager, Ana Holmes? Absolutely nothing! I saw her working in another bank in Vista a few months later! No jail time, nothing! As for me, they put me in check systems after payments bounced because the manager stole my $ to pay for a gambling habit!
